Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Jane Morreau is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, for Brown‑Forman Corporation and has been at the company since 1991 following several years at Kentucky Fried Chicken Corporation (now known as Yum! Brands). Prior to becoming CFO, Jane served as the company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Production Officer. Previously, she held numerous roles in the company including  the Senior Vice President, and first female Chief Accounting Officer at the company and Director of Finance, Accounting and Technology, where she directed the financial management of the company’s sales, marketing, production, and technology functions.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with an emphasis in accounting. and a master’s in business administration from the University of Louisville. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jane has also provided valuable leadership in support of the company’s work on diversity and inclusion with her commitment to Brown‑Forman’s ongoing journey in pursuit of gender and race equality. She previously served as co-executive sponsor of GROW (Growing Remarkable & Outstanding Women), and currently serves as executive sponsor of BUILD, Brown‑Forman’s employee resource group that enriches the black employee experience at the company. 

She served on the Board of Directors of Hartmann Luggage and for several years the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Louisville Metro United Way (MUW). Jane concluded her term as Board Chairperson for MUW, where she led a nationwide search to hire a new President and CEO for the organization. Jane is active in other non-profit Boards, including University of Louisville School of Business Advisory Group and Catholic Education Foundation, community initiatives, ranging from leading a team for Habitat for Humanity to attending and supporting other initiatives such as the Go Red Luncheon to benefit the American Heart Association.
