Dace Polk Brown is founder and manager of an organic farm, which supplies fresh produce, eggs, and flowers to local farmers markets. Aiming to improve community health and access to essential services and nutritional food, she is passionate about land conservation and advancing sustainable farming practices.
As a community and conservation leader, Dace organically produces and commercializes rye for a University of Kentucky pilot program as well as CBD (hemp) on her farm. She also invests in local seed business initiatives.
In addition to serving on the Brown Forman/Brown Family Shareholders Committee, Dace has served on the board of directors for St. Francis School and Twisted Pink. For 25 years, she has fostered, transported and identified dogs for lab rescue at CILRA. Dace holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Denver.
